Lieutenant Commander Missy McDonald served in the military for 10 years before beginning a full time civilian career. She is currently enrolled at the Jack Welch Management Institute while working a full time job. She routinely applies lessons she has learned in class at her job. "I look at the program as enhancing a lot of the skill-sets that I have and maybe filling in some of the financial gaps.
